1 to 1 face to face session to assess the lifters biomechanical profile and technical proficiency. The aim is to make the lifter the most efficient in each lift by ensuring they are in the most advantageous position as possible. What to expect:
- Biomechanical profile analysis
- Bar path analysis
- Changes for form and position on each lift
- Programme prescription to address imbalances/tight areas
